With years of field experience working for top HVAC industry leaders
such as Johnson Controls and Trane, Tiff has developed a deep
understanding of the trade. They prepare students for industry
certifications such as NATE Ready to Work, EPA 608, and OSHA 10,
equipping them with the knowledge and confidence needed to excel in
the workforce.
In addition to teaching, Tiff is the founder of Spark Life Discover U
Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing
educational and vocational opportunities for individuals facing
barriers. Through this initiative, Tiff strives to create accessible
pathways to success, emphasizing the importance of skilled trades in
today’s workforce.
